For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
(1) Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with tags intact.
(2) Item must be in the original packaging. Item with stains, folded cards, broken seals/plastic foiling will not be accepted.
(3) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can take a picture of any proof of purchase, and send it to us via email at email@example.com. Our team will review it and will notify you immediately as soon as we have confirmed your order details.
(4) The Item you received is proven faulty or not the same as you ordered. Orders are validated several times for accuracy from your shipping address to the product’s specific variation.

Sorry, BusyCamel.com as of this moment do not offer exchanges, only refunds! So please review your order before checkout. However, if after investigating the situation and we have identified that this is an error of the shipping warehouse, we will sort everything out for you with no extra charge!
Rest assured that your request will be processed properly and that your item will be approved for return given all conditions are met.
However, please note that if the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that buyers will have to bear all costs of returns to our merchants in collaboration, with a proper tracking number for the parcel. We shall not be responsible on any parcel missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available for the parcel.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling. Items in good condition, or delivered correctly are also not allowed for return or refund.
Order Cancellation is not valid under the given conditions below:
(1) Buyer’s Remorse or 24 hours have passed after placing the order.
(2) A tracking number has already been received, whether via email, sms, or chat.
(3) Package is already in transit or have already been delivered before the cancellation request.
(4) Long transit times or delays due to known uncontrollable situations or events that largely impact courier services and logistics.
